So I am sitting here sipping on some young green pu-erh gazing at 6 inches of snow covering last seasons garden. All of the orders have been packed and shipped. The majority of the samples and orders should have arrived just prior to the snowexplosion!

So now it's time to get out my list of tea farmers and artisan blenders and get the show on the road for an early spring. First stop... Hawaii!

We are now taking preorders for the farm fresh Hawaii oolong and our fresh blended Hawaii noni tea blends. Our Hawaii artisan tea blender has some new interesting blends in the works as well. Including a new type of Hawaii tisane blend that is totally unique. We will release details as they arrive!

Also, we are looking at the possibility of offering our own exclusive ripe pu-erh bricks. Made just for Chi of Tea using a a blend of hand selected Menghai and Lincang tea blends, along with multi-grade raw tea material to enhance the depth of the tea. The brick is skillfully fermented by a tea fermentation master with 10 plus years of experience. Blended by hand and pressed into a Pu-erh brick that is easily portioned. In fact... I am waiting to see the final product any moment if the deliver man can make it up the hill today!
